JBASICODE - License Terms and Liability

The JBASICODE software may be used and distributed by anyone under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GNU GPL) Version 3. Further rights not listed in the GNU GPL are expressly not granted.

If the program is further developed or the source code is used partially or completely in other programs, the resulting software must also be published under the GNU GPL and must include a copyright notice naming all rights holders, including the original ones.
